Her experience in the capital markets includes Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and rights issues, with transaction values amounting to billions in total emissions. Her representative capital markets matter include the Initial Public Offering of PT Menthobi Karyatama Raya Tbk. (MKTR) with an offering size up to IDR 300 billion, the Initial Public Offering of PT Jasa Berdikari Logistics Tbk. (LAJU) with an offering size up to IDR 70 billion, the MTN Issuance of PT Widodo Makmur Perkasa Tbk. (WMPP) with a total issuance value of IDR 150 billion, and the Shelf Offering of Bonds by PT Bank SMBC Indonesia Tbk. (BTPN) in the amount of IDR 3 trillion across three (3) issuance tranches, alongside advisory work on affiliated party and material transaction compliance, repurchase (repo) transactions, and investigations concerning alleged capital markets offences.

In Mergers & Acquisitions, Xena represented a foreign shareholder as seller in a share sale and transfer transaction, assisting in the preparation and negotiation of the Conditional Share Purchase Agreement (CSPA) through to closing, and represented and advised the seller in the acquisition of an Indonesian palm oil company, including transaction structuring, documentation, and closing, with a transaction value exceeding IDR 500 billion.

Xena also advises on corporate governance matters, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting clients in maintaining strong governance standards, and has experience in the insurance sector, including handling claim disputes and reviewing agreements between policyholders and insurance companies, as well as cooperation arrangements with other insurance providers.
