Amangku Putradewa B.S. — known within the firm as Dewa — serves as a Senior Associate supporting the firm's Corporate, M&A, and Capital Markets practice. He works closely with the firm's partners on complex, high-value transactions, managing due diligence, transaction documentation, and coordination with regulators, and is a trusted point of contact for clients throughout the life of a deal.

Amangku Putradewa B.S. advises domestic and multinational clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. With over four years of experience, his practice covers mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, foreign direct investment, corporate restructuring, and capital market transactions, spanning clients across a wide range of industries.

Dewa's work regularly involves leading legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, preparing legal opinions, and coordinating with regulators and other stakeholders on complex, multi-disciplinary transactions from inception to completion. On the capital markets side, he has been part of the legal teams advising issuers on the initial public offerings of an Indonesian palm oil company valued at approximately IDR 375 billion and an Indonesian logistics company valued at approximately IDR 70 billion, as well as a Convertible Medium Term Notes issuance exceeding IDR 450 billion and a bond issuance by PT Bank SMBC Indonesia Tbk exceeding IDR 750 billion.

His mergers and acquisitions and financing experience includes representing the buyer in the acquisition of shares in a renowned Indonesian asset management company, the purchaser in the acquisition of an Indonesian venture capital company valued at more than IDR 100 billion, and the shareholders of an Indonesian education company in a divestment transaction valued at more than USD 3 million. He has also advised an Indonesian venture company on a cross-border debt restructuring involving lenders across multiple jurisdictions, an Indonesian financing company in securing funding from investment funds, private equity firms, and hedge funds, and an Indonesian medical equipment company on a strategic commercial partnership with a globally recognized eyewear company.

Beyond his transactional practice, Dewa also advises clients on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day commercial matters, delivering practical and commercially driven legal solutions.
