Tunggal S. leads legal teams across General Corporate and Litigation matters — encompassing civil and criminal cases — overseeing case execution and ensuring legal services are delivered efficiently and in accordance with clients' objectives.

With strong leadership and project management capabilities, Tunggal plays a strategic role coordinating legal teams and stakeholders. Possessing strong communication skills, she builds constructive professional relationships with relevant parties and plays an active role in dispute resolution processes, including mediation and negotiation, to achieve practical outcomes.

Tunggal has extensive experience representing clients in court proceedings as well as in investigations conducted by the Indonesian National Police and the Attorney General's Office. Her expertise includes litigation strategy, legal risk assessment, legal due diligence, legal opinions, contract drafting and review, and the preparation of a wide range of legal documents, combining strategic legal analysis with practical commercial insight from initial assessment through to final resolution.

In General Corporate, Tunggal has advised domestic and multinational companies on company establishment, corporate restructuring, and day-to-day corporate governance, including representing clients on matters relating to PMA companies and foreign investment in Indonesia, market entry strategies, licensing and regulatory compliance, employment matters (including fraud investigations), and consumer protection disputes in the hospitality sector.

In Criminal Litigation, she successfully defended clients in the high-profile PT Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) case, involving complex insurance and criminal law matters, and has represented corporate and individual clients in criminal investigations and prosecutions before the Indonesian National Police, the Attorney General's Office, and Indonesian courts, including white-collar crime matters involving fraud, embezzlement, breach of trust, and capital market and financial crimes.

In Civil, Family Law, and Foundation matters, Tunggal successfully represented clients in a tort lawsuit against one of Indonesia's major private banks, resulting in the recovery of rights valued at approximately IDR 18 billion. She has also represented high-profile individuals, including business executives and public figures, in complex family law disputes involving divorce, child custody, and division of marital assets, and structured the legal transition of one of Indonesia's leading educational foundations to a newly established successor foundation, navigating complex issues relating to the foundation's financial affairs, regional government-owned assets, and judicial proceedings.

She has authored publications on chemical castration ("kebiri kimia") as a sentence for perpetrators of sexual crimes against children (2020, 2021).
