Joanna joined HWMA in 2026 and assists in advising clients on a range of corporate and commercial matters. Her work includes assisting in the review and drafting of commercial agreements, the preparation of corporate documents, and conducting legal research in support of corporate and commercial matters.

Joanna also assists in corporate acquisition transactions, while supporting the team in ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
