Mikha joined HWMA Law Firm based on his interest in addressing intricate legal challenges, advancing to Associate shortly after completing his university studies.

As an associate, he manages diverse corporate legal matters for clients, including financing arrangements for major Indonesian public companies, regulatory compliance for capital market-listed firms, and fintech sector guidance, with his work encompassing acquisitions across the mining, coal, and forestry industries.

In Capital Markets, Mikha advised on the legal due diligence in connection with a Sustainable Debt Securities Offering by PT SMBC Indonesia Tbk. (formerly PT Bank BTPN Tbk.), and conducted legal due diligence and advised on Medium-Term Notes (MTN) issuances by PT Jaya Swarasa Agung Tbk. and PT Widodo Makmur Perkasa Tbk. to capital market investors.

In Mergers & Acquisitions and Banking & Finance, he advised a foreign client on the preparation and negotiation of transaction documents in connection with the acquisition of a forest restoration company in Sumatra, advised on the acquisition of an investment management company, and advised a client on financing documentation for a coal trading company's financing facility with a leading Indonesian commercial bank. In the financial sector, he advised on regulatory licensing and compliance for a peer-to-peer (P2P) lending company, and advised an insurance company on an insurtech collaboration with a technology company.

His professional scope also extends into litigation, where he has assisted in representing clients in one of Indonesia's most significant corruption cases involving the insurance industry, and has advised and assisted a client in monitoring and managing administrative court proceedings concerning forestry licensing matters.

Beyond practice, Mikha strengthens his analytical abilities through legal writing on Indonesian law, with publications indexed in the SINTA and Scopus academic databases.
