Exclusive Workshop: “Comprehensive Solutions for Foundation Issues - Batch 3”

As time goes on, managing a foundation can’t be done using traditional methods alone. It requires a proper approach to expand opportunities for a foundation to continue to advance and grow. In its journey, a foundation often faces challenges, especially in its financial management and activities.

Challenges that foundations frequently face today include disharmony among the foundation's organs, mismanagement of assets, audits of the foundation, staffing issues, criminal risks and civil lawsuits against the foundation or its organs, and even the risk of dissolution. In addition, many foundations currently do not meet legal compliance aspects, both in terms of legality and licensing.

This workshop is designed to provide a complete and practical understanding through a theory-based and empirical approach, to support the management of foundations in a responsible and adaptive manner and in accordance with the principles of good governance. This activity is intended for all foundation organs and other stakeholders who care about the sustainability of a foundation.
