The Law No. 4 of 2023 on the Development and Strengthening of the Financial Sector (“P2SK Law”) resulting an urgent need of adjustment of the regulations within the financial sector, in particular the capital market sector. Thereby, the Financial Services Authority (“OJK”) issued the OJK Regulation No. 45 of 2024 on the Development and Strengthening of Issuers.
