Mikha Detalim started his journey in HWMA Law Firm in 2023 while he was still pursuing a law degree in the Faculty of Law, Semarang State University.

 

His passion and commitment to become a Lawyer led him to be active in various activities during college years in relation with business law, such as being involved and playing a crucial role in various business law organizations with local and national scales and frequently served as a prominent representative of his university in various prestigious business law competitions in Indonesia, such as legal opinion competitions, paper presentations, and contract drafting competitions. These experiences build a culture of excellence in himself, also developing teamwork, research, analysis, and creative thinking skills to provide the best and most possible solutions to complex and challenging legal issues.

 

Mikha's remarkable passion and dedication to handling the complexities of legal issues prompted HWMA Law Firm to secure his place within their team. Shortly after graduating from university, he was promoted to Associate at HWMA Law Firm.

 

As an associate, Mikha serves HWMA Law Firm with a wide range of corporate legal issues for various clients, including Financing projects for prominent public companies in Indonesia, helping public listed companies to comply with capital market regulations and fintech companies to comply with prevailing laws and regulations in the financial and information technology sectors, also advising on acquisitions of companies in diverse sectors like mining, coal, and forestry.

 

Mikha's expertise extends beyond the corporate sector, encompassing extensive experience in the field of litigation. He was involved in guiding clients in navigating and monitoring the state administration litigation process in Indonesia.

 

In addition to his legal prowess, Mikha continuously sharpens his critical thinking skills through analytical writing on various legal issues in Indonesia. His dedication in legal academics is evident in his published writings, which have been indexed in both SINTA and Scopus.
