Krisdianto has more than 20 years of working experience as in-house legal counsel for several multinational financial institutions in Indonesia prior to pursue his career as professional lawyer.

His previous companies include: AIG Lippo, AllianzLife, Citibank NA. Jakarta Branch, Cigna Insurance and AIG Insurance. Prior to joining HWMA, in 2016 he has worked in Susandarini and Partners (SNP) law firm as Of Counsel.

Having been in-house counsel atvarious multinational financial institutionsand latest experience as professional lawyer in a law firm, He brings extensive experience advising on a full range of Indonesian corporate, operational and strategic business legal matters in financial industry with main focus on life and general insurance and consumer banking.

His area of practices in the firm includes general corporate matters, insurance/reinsurance (life and general), consumer banking, labor, M&A, corporate governanceand corporate secretarial, Anti Money Laundering and Know Your Customer (KYC/AML) policies, anti-corruption prevention, regulatory compliance, legal risk management, joint-ventures and investment, consumer protection, privacy and data protection.

Krisdianto obtained 2 (two) level of certifications in 2006 for Bank Risk Management from the Risk Management Certification Body (BSMR) in Jakarta.
