Dhani joined HWMA in December 2014, soon after he obtained his bachelor degree from University of Padjajaran, majoring in private law.

During his years of experience, he handled various legal matters including foreign direct investment, banking and finance, capital market, industrial relations, commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolutions.

Dhani has been focusing his practice on commercial litigation and dispute resolutions. He has represented local companies, multinational companies, and state owned enterprises in court litigation in various kind of cases, such as intellectual property right cases, industrial relation relations cases, suspension of debt payment obligation proceedings, administrative law dispute with government departments, land and property dispute, and other various kind of commercial disputes. He is also experienced in representing clients in arbitration proceedings at Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia (BANI). One of his notable works is representing a prominent informal course franchisor in various commercial dispute and criminal allegation related to the trademark acquisition with the total claim over IDR 1 Trillion.

Dhani has maintained a good government relation in a variety of state departments and institutions. With his extensive knowledge and experience, HWMA entrusts Dhani as the Team Leader of Litigation Practice Area.
