Our Senior Partner Dr. Kukuh Komandoko Hadiwidjojo, S.H., M.Kn. has been given the opportunity to be featured in harian Kompas article entitled “New Era of OJK Supremacy”, as he give his view and opinion on the emerging implementation of the una via principle and restorative justice principle under Law Number 4 of 2023 on Financial Sector Development and Strengthening.

In the article, he points out several number of critical variable that should be a consideration in developing and implementing the una via and restorative justice principle, since he believes that those principles should be applied in full precautionary to prevent distortion.
